For my talk at FITC, I revived my old Color of Spam project. To get it running (without chug-chug-chugging), I pared down the XML output from Mathematica. To do this I wrote a quick parser in java.

This is my first image generated from this iteration of the project.

Each dot represents an instance of spam submitted through comment forms. The color of the dot is a representation of the ip address of the spammer.
